J. RANSOM RETURN POLICY

J. Ransom wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, minus the shipping charges. *We do not refund original, or return shipping charges.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items (items marked down 30% or more), undergarments, shoes, jewelry, accessories and items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Damaged/ Defective Goods:

At J. Ransom, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at Info@JRansomLA.com to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedures:

1. Obtain Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
  • Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • To obtain return authorization please email info@JRansomla.com
  • You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved.
  • All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.

2. Ship Authorized Returns

  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.

  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
  • Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
