How do I return an item?
J. Ransom wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, minus the shipping charges. *We do not refund original, or return shipping charges.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items (items marked down 30% or more), undergarments, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories and items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

We also do not accept refunds on Made to Order items (such as custom Junker Designs Leather Jackets, Jeans, etc.)

Damaged/ Defective Goods:
At J. Ransom, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at JRansom@JRansom.com to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedures:
  1. Obtain Return Authorization.
  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 30 days from the original delivery date. To obtain return authorization please email JRansom@JRansom.com You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved. All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.
  • Ship Authorized Returns.
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Return shipping address is: J. RANSOM, 8033 W. Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package
  • UNAUTHORIZED Returns.
  • Items that are shipped to us without an approved Return Authorization number will be subject to a Restocking Fee of AT LEAST 50% (depending on item).
